SEN Teaching Assistant. SPECIAL EDUCATIONS NEEDS Teaching AssistantAre you acapable and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant which supports childrens learning in the classroomWe are looking for Support Teachers to assist with children with special educational needs and / or disabilities.We have multiple roles at three educational providers. We are looking for people who enjoy going the extra mile to ensure they are impacting a childs education and life in a positive way.The role:- 1:1 support for children with a range of additional needs.- Assisting teachers to plan for the class ahead. Taking in to account the individual needs of SEN pupils.- To work to safeguarding standards. Ensuring the safety and happiness of the pupils at all timesPersonal qualities and qualifications:-You must have a good standard of English and Math.- Have the ability to communicate effectively with both adults and children.- You will use your initiative and embrace new challenges to work individual pupils and groups of children.- Ideally you will have a Teaching Assistant qualification / experience in working in a similar role (this is not essential)- If you havedirect experience of caring for or working with childrenspecial needs and you have a caring and nurturing disposition then you could be a perfect person for this role.Please note: This role is a permanent position, however, we do also have temporary, ongoing roles.
