Job Description

Teaching Assistant £57 - £65 Full time role with the potential to go permanentTeaching Personnel are working closely with schools in the Bude area and are currently looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to work on a fill time role, beginning as soon as possible. To be considered for this role, it is essential that you either have a relevant qualification to support children or a minimum of three months experience within a childcare / vulnerable people setting. Qualifications that will be considered are:

  • Supporting Teaching and Learning
  • Health and Social Care
  • Sports Coaching
  • Care Certificate
  • Childcare
  • Teaching Assistant Level 2/3
    • We require motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about education and would like a chance to progress within a role. You will be working Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 and will have the potential to go onto a permanent contract for the right person As a TA you will be supporting the children in their day to day work as well as assisting the class Teacher with the work they set. You may be required to help with break and lunch duties and support students on a 1:1 basis if they require it. You must be engaging with the pupils and ensure you are supporting both their academic and personal needs. The ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with both the staff and children is necessary.Working with Teaching Personnel will offer you additional Training through CPD academy at a discounted rate as well as Safeguarding training, free of charge. You will automatically be enrolled into our pension scheme as well as being offered a competitive pay rate.
