Job Description

Junior Scrum MasterCornwall - Remote£40,000-£45,000 + Training + Pension + Holiday + BenefitsExcellent opportunity for a Junior Scrum Master to join a large and well-established firm offering variety and challenge, personal development opportunities, and have a big impact on some of the new digital projects this company are committed to delivering.This company have been revolutionising workspaces in the Engineering market for well over 90 years now. With offices in 40 countries around the world they have a truly global presence. Continuing to grow throughout the pandemic, they have 3 offices in the UK and are looking to continue to expand their Software Team.In this role you will work with the Digital Development Manager to plan sprints, take stand-ups, manage KPIs, lead projects and provide User Demos. You will work with a team of 6 Developers to create new digital offerings of services and products traditionally sold at conferences and shows. For at least an hour each week you will have an hour dedicated to personal development, often in the form of an online class of your choosing.The ideal candidate will be a certified Scrum Master or have relevant experience. Candidates must be strong communicators and happy to travel to Bude in Cornwall a minimum of once a month.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Scrum Master to join a stable business offering great training opportunities, a welcoming and friendly team dynamic, and the chance to work on new and interesting projects.The Role:*Working closely with the Digital Development Manager*Planning Sprints, taking Stand-ups, Managing KPIs, Leading Projects and Providing User Demos*One hour a week dedicated to personal development*Mostly remote with some travel to the Bude office requiredThe Person:*Certified or experienced Scrum Master*Strong Communicator*Happy to Travel to Bude at least once a monthReference Number: BBBH121237
