They have seen a huge increase in demand in this sector in 2020 and they are expanding their teams in Liverpool, Manchester and Yorkshire to meet this demand.THE ROLEThis role is ideal for a building surveyor who is about to achieve, or has recently completed their MRICS qualification and is seeking the next step in their career.The role will suit someone who has proven project management experience, especially within the social housing sector. Duties will include full project management duties or Employers Agent role from understanding and implementing design, specifications, procurement, site project management and scheme completion to final account.THE RIGHT CANDIDATEWill ideally have a background in social housing, understand the sector and it`s main drivers and focus on service provision and delivery to RSL`s.Building surveyors with experience in other sectors will be considered but candidates must show and interest and desire to work in the booming social housing sector. The sector will focus more and more on tenant satisfaction and modernising delivery over the coming years and the Liverpool office is well placed to meet the demand for services this creates.
