With a strong commitment to providing top-tier solutions in the telecoms and infrastructure sectors,they are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team.Position Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of their telecoms, fibre, and infrastructure projects. Your expertise in cost management, procurement, and contract administration will contribute to the efficientexecution of their ventures.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the cost elements of projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates, budgets, and reports.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis and value engineering.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and financial performance.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in telecoms, fibre, or infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
