  • Intelligence, charisma and proven relationship building skills
  • 6 months experience in an office environment - ideally sales but not essential
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and be exceptionally career driven
  • A natural ability and love of talking on the phone
  • An ability to listen as well as talk
  • Tenacity, resilience and a "never-give-up" attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Good PC skills
  • Energy, drive, proactivity and desire to succeed
  • Creativity, innovative ideas and be willing to voice your opinions and ideas
  • A passion for sales and offering people solutions to challenges they face in their career
