HR ManagerCheshunt, Hertfordshire (Commutable from: Enfield, Broxbourne, Harlow, Ware)£50000 - £60000 + Car allowance (£6000) + Development + Pension + Progression + 25 days HolidayExcellent opportunity on offer for an experience HR Manager looking to work for a well established, market leading company where you will be pivotal in the ongoing, rapid growth whilst developing a key HR and development strategy.Do you have a background working as a HR Manager or Generalist Do you have experience working and leading change management projectsThis company have been at the forefront of their industry for the past few decades and are now firmly regarded as a key player within their sector. Due to their success and the rapid growth they are experiencing they are actively looking for an experience HRprofessional to play a pivotal in driving the company towards its goals.The role will be a challenging role with a heavy focus on building key relationships, reviewing and developing current HR strategies and creating long term strategies including but not limited to employee relations, compliance and learning and development.The ideal candidate will be a HR Manager with a desire to play a pivotal role in the growth of an SME. You will be looking to get your foot in the door in a market leading company, offering full training and progression within the role.Position:
