The Role As a Customer Coach, you will support vulnerable customers by providing interventions and signposting them to external support services.Specifically, you will assess the vulnerability of referred customers and implement our 12 week support service including a personalised support plan and engagement with external support agencies. Building strong relationships with social services, the local authority and other support services, you will develop a strong knowledge of the support these agencies can provide our customers. About YouTo be considered as a Customer Coach, you will need:- Experience in a customer service or customer-facing role- Strong knowledge of safeguarding protocols and the ability to identify concerns - Excellent written and communication skills- Strong interpersonal skills- IT skills, including MS Office- A full, valid driving licencePlease note, due to the nature of the role a DBS check will be required.
