Job Description

Transport Administrator Office based roleLocation: BroughSalary: £19k-£21kHours: Mon-FriGrafton Recruitment are working on behalf of a successful company who are looking for a Transport Administrator to work in the Brough area. A great opportunity to work within a team of friendly, hardworking colleagues and add to your skillset, whilst beinggiven encouragement and support throughout.The role:

  • Supporting a busy manufacturing site
  • Responsible for all aspects of logistics administration.
  • Communicating with haulage drivers, customers, colleagues and senior leaders.
  • To be the first point of contact for all external and internal clients.
  • General administration duties.
  • Answering calls/emails and dealing with any queries.
You will need:
  • Be confident and enthusiastic.
  • Experience in a Transport environment is beneficial but not a necessity.
  • Transferrable Administrator and Customer Service skills.
  • Having the right attitude and ability to organise.
  • Experience in all Microsoft Office package
