We are currentlyseeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their HR team and support the workforce as they continue to expand and flourish.The HR Administrator plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of their human resources department. As an essential member of the HR team, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing a wide range of administrative tasks and supportingHR operations. This role involves maintaining employee records, coordinating HR activities, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and attendance data
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with GDPR when handling sensitive employee information
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling assessments, and communicating with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience
  • Help with the preparation and posting of job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
  • Facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires, including the preparation of orientation materials and conducting introductory training sessions
  • Support the off-boarding process, ensuring that exit interviews are conducted, and necessary paperwork is completed
  • Collaborate with HR team members to administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
  • Assist employees with benefit inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures to employees, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements
  • Help educate employees about HR-related matters when necessary
  • Generate and compile HR reports on various metrics such as headcount, turnover, and training participation, providing insights to HR management
  • Support employee relations initiatives, such as organising employee engagement activities and assisting in conflict resolution
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring they have access to professional development opportunities.
Skills and experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience OR studying towards) - Essential
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar administrative role - Essential
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with employees at all levels - Essential
  • Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices - Essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software systems - Essential
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality - Essential
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment - Essential
  • Full UK driving license
