Job Description

Business Development Executive (Office-based)East Yorkshire£28,000 - £32,000 (OTE £40,000)Elevation Recruitment are excited to be partnering with this hugely successful Yorkshire business to recruit a Business Development Executive. My client manufacture specialist PPE equipment and for the last 5 years have enjoyed phenomenal growth.The Business Development Executive will be responsible for delivering revenue and supporting the wider team with opportunity management, setting up appointments and following up tasks. You will help contribute to the outstanding growth of the business witha strong focus on high quality and volume lead generation and creation of quantifiable newbusiness opportunities.Business Development Executive Role & Responsibilities: Win business from opportunities up to £50k ACV in your territory Outbound calling to set up video based appointment meetings, then follow those through a structured sales process to close sales deals Handle inbound enquiries, qualify for sales opportunity, then develop them to close sales deals Outbound calling to suspects to set appointments for the Sales Manager and follow up tasks from those appointments Administration of bids and tenders for the Sales Manager and Senior Sales Executive, working with the team and outsourced bid writers to bring everything together for the submissionBusiness Development Executive Skills & Experience: Have experience working in a results driven commercial environment Experience in and the ability to manage inbound enquiries and leads through a complex sales process involving distributors and managing multiple stakeholders, and converting to revenue Experience of working with data to drive outcomes, using the CRM to manage conversion Have outstanding communications and relationship building skills Great attention to detail and organisational skills, ideally having worked with tenders in the past Able to work as part of a team working towards a common goal Good interpersonal skills, able to build lasting, beneficial business relationships Confident in working in a highly varied, but targeted environment
