Job Description

Manpower is currently recruiting for an NHS Band 3 Supervisor supporting several Ambulance Stations Yorkshire. Base Location -This is a temporary on-going contract.Weekly Hours: - Monday - Friday 23.00 - 07.00Pay Structure: 0-12 weeksPay £9.09 any hours worked from 6am - 8pm Monday - FridayPay £12.27 any hours worked from 8pm - 6am Monday - Friday and any SaturdayPay £15.36 any hours worked on a Sunday / Bank HolidayWeek 13+Pay £10.40 any hours worked from 6am - 8am Monday - FridayPay £14.04 any hours worked from 8pm - 6am Monday - Friday and SaturdayPay £17.58 any hours worked on a Sunday / Bank HolidayWe are looking for reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy candidates who are immediately available and can start work straight away.Role and Responsibilities: -

  • Travelling between various locations across Yorkshire, transport provided
  • To Monitor standards of service, cleanliness and Infection Prevention and Control including the conducting of preparation and cleanliness audits
  • Undertaking delivery of feedback and development to maintain required standards
  • To supervise and support staff and report any issues
  • Managing stock, PPE and uniform
  • Monitor and supervise the quantity of work, work content and hours of attendance
  • Complete first line supervisor administration and documentation as required
  • Managing hours, time sheets and annual leave
  • Carrying out training with new starters demonstrating tasks and methods of work
  • Undertake disciplinary/conduct/capability/grievance procedures and relevant documentation
  • Provide any additional support that may be required by the Trust in the event of a Major Incident
  • Build and develop key working relationships

  • Effective communicator
  • Provide excellent customer service, individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and to manage conflicting demands on time & resources
  • Ability to work alone & deal with a number of issues in accordance with written procedures using your own initiative
  • Computer Literate
