Job Description

Water Hygiene EngineerBromsgrove£22,000-£26,000 + Benefits (Depending on Experience)Our client are experts in the prevention and control of Legionnaires disease and ensure compliance with ACoP L8 and HSG274. They were founded in 2000 and since then have built a strong market reputation for their quality of work and customer service.They now require an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join their friendly team takeing an exciting step in your successful career.Water Hygiene Engineer Key Duties:

  • Cold water storage tank cleans and chemical disinfections.
  • De scaling and disinfection of shower heads
  • Cold water storage tank inspections
  • Taking temperatures checks from water systems and water samples
  • Installation and servicing of TMVs
Water Hygiene Engineer Required Experience:
  • You must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • You must have a full UK driving license
  • You will benefit from a level 2 plumbing qualification
  • Good knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG274 is essential
  • You will need a great work ethic and be physically fit
  • A current CSCS card will be beneficial
  • A confined spaces certificate will be advantageous
