We are recruiting for a rapidly expanding business, who due to a sustained successful period of growth, are immediately seeking an experienced Service Co-Ordinator to support contracted clients throughout the Midlands and surrounding area with delivery ofRefrigeration, Air Conditioning and Ventilation services.Working out of the Bromsgrove Head Office under supervision of the Service Manager and alongside a team of existing Co-Ordinators to deliver a high-quality prompt diagnosis and rectification 24/7-365 breakdown service as well as detailed and pro-active plannedmaintenance services to a wide range of commercial and industrial clients. The position is open to candidates with a proven record of suitable experience. They are looking for an individual who are dynamic, flexible, committed and motivated to work in a busyand friendly service office environment.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesTaking incoming job requests and booking onto our service systemCreating work requests for re-active, pro-active and maintenance worksManaging maintenance programs to ensure target dates are metScheduling engineer attendances, prioritising workload and managing labour diaryOrdering materialsCollating and submitting service job costings and minor quotes to clientsProcessing engineers reports and forwarding on to clientsRegular chasing of unactioned quotes to generate additional businessEssential Skills and QualificationsMinimum 2 years experience in a service administration roleAbility to work in a busy service environmentProfessional approachConfident communicatorComputer literateNumerateOrganisedCustomer-focusedCan-do attitudeAdaptable and calm Performance related bonus scheme paid twice per annum up to £1K per annum 20 days annual leave, increased to 25 days after 2 years, plus Bank Holidays.
