Senior Conveyancing Paralegal required by a growing specialist law firm based in South Birmingham.Client DetailsSenior Conveyancing Paralegal required by a growing specialist law firm based in South Birmingham. You will be an experienced paralegal and will support the team on a number of conveyancing matters to include freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and everythingin between! There is a great opportunity to develop and progress within the firm with the potential to qualify via CILEX or become a licensed conveyancer.DescriptionAs a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal you will be working closely with their experienced residential team supporting on a wide range of conveyancing matters. You will be handling your own caseload of files from instruction through to completion under the supervisionof the Head of Conveyancing.ProfilePLEASE NOTE: you must have experience within residential conveyancing in order to be considered for this role.
