Job Description

We are currently working with an innovative, family-run SME who are actively seeking a Sales Executive to join their team based in Bromsgrove. As a Sales Executive, you will work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and deliver a positive customer experience. Ultimately, you should be able to grow the business by building successful, trusting, long-term client relationships.Key duties and responsibilities...

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve measured sales success
  • Develop positive long-term relationships with clients
  • Regular outgoing Telesales calls to existing customers and non-buying prospects to generate new business and retain existing business
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Other sales duties and cover when required

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, primarily carrying out telesales calls
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Team player who goes the extra mile

  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • An eye for detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and respond to enquiries quickly, efficiently and accurately
  • Hours: Mon - Fri 8.15am - 4.45pmBenefits
