Job Description

Paid Media ManagerBromsgrove£28 - 33k DOERef: AH 384Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager for a designer beauty brand to help support their brand and product growth in Europe, USA, UK and beyond, to help drive growth in their B2C and B2B business. Working on a daily basis with the CEO and supported by the expanding Marketingteam which includes specialists in social content, video creation and graphic design. They pride themselves on creating amazing content and are looking for an enthusiastic and performance driven PPC and Paid Media specialist to work alongside the Marketingteam to ensure they create highly effective campaigns to help drive the growth for their multi award-winning products, across key International and local markets. It is essential for this role that you are super analytical and highly performance driven andwith provable experience in managing highly effective campaigns, so someone who has experience of working with brands advising them with "we need to do this and this will cost X and produce Y." The company are not looking for someone to write or create contentetc, they already have staff that do this brilliantly; this is a purely technical analytical role. The company currently uses an external agency and want to bring this resource in house, so will be totally relying on your knowledge and experience, so you willneed to be a PPC and Paid Media expert.So if you are super Analytical Paid Media Guru please keep readingPaid Media Manager and PPC Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in setup and management of all paid search channels, including PPC, search, shopping, display, paid social and programmatic campaigns
  • Forecasting performance and Ad spends. Creating and implementing strategies for the paid media channels
  • Hands on experience in reporting, analysing and interpreting data for campaign performance and feeding back to management team
  • Ability to work with the Marketing team to advise and support to ensure copy and content and optimised to support ad performance.
  • Hands on experience in bid management, conducting keyword research, target audience research & competitor analysis Ideally with some international experience, creating and managing campaigns in different country regions outside of the UK.
  • Agree and implement strategy to achieve business targets and continue growth
  • Utilising bid management tools to help drive KPIs
  • Audit work and continued optimisation
  • Regular testing new strategies and relevant betas
  • Ability to scale up spend while remaining good CPA levels
Paid Media Manager and PPC Specialist Requirements:
  • Previous experience in creating, managing & reviewing a variety of PPC campaigns across, Google, Bing and social media platforms e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Youtube
  • Confident in solely managing all PPC budgets and providing accurate monthly spend forecasts
  • A track record of managing Paid media accounts with varying budgets
  • Commercially minded, highly analytical and result driven
  • Self-starter able to manage time effectively
  • Excellent experience/knowledge of Paid media management tools
  • Positive attitude
Paid Media Manager Experience:
  • Creating, managing & reviewing PPC campaigns: 3 years (preferred)
  • Paid social and programmatic campaigns: 3 years (preferred)
  • E-commerce: 2 years (preferred)
  • Forecasting performance & ad spends: 3 years (preferred)
  • Creating and managing campaigns for multiple countries: 1 year (preferred)
