Job Description

As the business continuesto grow this really is a fantastic time to be joining them!Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 pro rata (depending on experience)Hours of Work: 20 hours per week ( 4 Hours Per Day)HR and Accounts Administrator Duties:

  • Liaise with and report directly to HR & Finance Manager
  • Enter employee data on HR software
  • Maintaining employee hand book and policies and procedures
  • Maintaining GDPR compliance
  • Monitor employee time and attendance data for payroll
  • Producing letters and other HR correspondence
  • Taking meeting minutes for employee performance cases
  • Calculate and manage employee holidays utilising cloud based holiday administration software
  • Organisational development - improvement & development of processes
  • General ongoing HR tasks
Secondary Tasks:
  • Emailing clients invoices / statements via Sage accounting software
  • Taking credit card payments
  • Basic Accounts administration
HR and Accounts Administrator Requirements:
  • A background in HR administration - 2 Year’s experience and possess knowledge of HR concepts and practices
  • Good knowledge of Sage HR software
  • Be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual
  • Will treat confidentiality as core to how they fulfil their role in HR
