SF Recruitment are recruiting for a French Speaking Sales Support Administrator with an aspect of Credit Control for a business based in Worcestershire. You must be able to speak fluent French Purpose of the Job Be the first point of contact for customers, mainly via the telephone and e-mail. Responsible for providing a high level of customer service by processing orders accurately and handling enquires and complaints in an efficient and proactive manner. This position also holds responsibility for maintaining credit control for France. Summary of Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities) - To process customer orders accurately and ensure proactive information is provided to customers on a regular basis via email or phone. - Make regular contact with customers to reduce aged debt and resolve outstanding payments by investigating order history and providing delivery evidence to the customer. - Occasional telemarketing activities for smaller customers to understand any current issues / potential leads for the sales team to follow up. - Involvement & participation in continuous improvement activities throughout the business functions. - Take ownership and organise returns from customers ensuring the correct processes are followed through from start to finish. - Responsible for co-ordinating responses to customer requests related to product information, pricing, deliveries, agreements, tenders and quotations - Maintain a strong line of communication with the manufacturing, planning department, and the procurement teams across the company sites to ensure timely deliveries of products on time - Provide support to the sales and marketing team with product swap outs and discontinuations. - General administration duties in relation to the role - updating and maintaining pricing agreements, providing formal quotes, producing product data sheets etc. - Dealing with Customer Complaints as detailed by the company guidelines. - Liaise with warehouse, couriers, planning and all relevant departments to ensure the customers expectations are met. - In liaison with the Specifications team, ensure all sample requests are completed and despatched on time in line with customer expectations / tender requirements. - Manage the data on the EDI platform for customer invoicing (Chorus/IFS), ensuring any data requirements are accurate; review and input/update information as required. - Liaise with Finance/Credit Control Manager regarding allocation of receipts to customer accounts and any queries arising. Skills & Abilities including Competencies. - 2 years experience within a demanding French speaking Customer Service environment - Fluent in French - written and verbal - Strong Customer Focus - Effective Communication - both written and verbal.
