• Be issued with job descriptions, both contract and/or permanent, and will be given a full briefing by the managing consultant in terms of what is required for the client, and from you

• Need to identify the best profiles available which will be achieved in a multitude of ways

• Advertise vacancies where appropriate and manage candidate response

• Go in search of passive candidates and obtain referrals that are suited for each live project you are responsible for

• Spot candidate market mapping opportunities from potential competitors

• Create social media content to develop inbound enquiries and talent pools

• Arrange and conduct telephone and / or face-to-face screenings

• Ensure all prospective candidates are kept well informed at each stage of their application and promote a pleasant candidate experience

• Above all, you will be kept busy, but this comes with reward and job satisfaction

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:You will need to need to have the following skills and experience:

• A good and confident communicator, and have an eye for detail

• Have the competence and desire to forge excellent relationships

• Ability to identify and find the best candidates for our clients hiring needs

• Be organised and have a positive mindset with the aptitude to learn

• A team player with an industrious mindset and plenty of ambition

• Experience of working in sales or recruitment, or working in an environment where you are used to targets and deadlines isnt necessary but is advantageous
