Trainee Brokers (3 Positions)

Job Description

You will start as Trainee with £1500 basic for the first month. Plus 5% commission on all deals opened from the start. You will be thoroughly trained and developed on an ongoing basis, to fast track you to becoming a high earning Broker. That is just peopleyou canvassed, qualified and sent brochures out to that were later closed by a Senior Broker. You should move to closer within the first quarter where the income formula rises substantially. Previous trainees have joined at this level and be earning five figuresin month 3 and beyond.Make no mistake you will be working in an office where people joined at this level and are now earning more than the Prime Minister and still under 25! Investors are moving away from high risk investments and into more secure ones. They want to see safety andsecurity in these turbulent times. This is why my client has set up a Collectqables investment company on the back of their long history in investment services. The investment industry is booming all around the world and leads all other industries. Thus investorswith the drops in land, property, shares can’t believe their good news when they hear of 20% returns in very safe investments.Inflation whih is jhigh now menas that any asset left in cash is going doen quuickly. Ttha is why many investors are looking for tangible investment that wont be affected and hold and increase their value. Invesmtn brokers are dong well on the back of this.So how many investors will be interested in investment when they consider the facts, do their due diligence and deal with a reputable company and their brokers.That was a simple broker pitch to invest in Collectables. That is the job I am recruiting three trainee brokers for. Actually there are several more compelling reasons why an investor should include Collectables in their portfolio. Do you think you could persuadepeople to invest with you as their broker Because actually as in all selling, people buy people first because they need to trust you and be convinced of your honesty and integrity.Our client, well established in investments is seeking to recruit new staff at trainee broker level. Why trainee. Because they have a training and personal development programme in place to grow their own people fast and they believe on promoting from within.Previous experience in this sector is not required, as training in broking will be given. We are looking though for people who can show achievements and independence, for example: perhaps a degree, a black belt in martial arts, Captain of a Football team,setting up their own business, learning a foreign language, toured the world, whatever. We want winners. Plus evidence of being a good communicator without the potential to be developed into an effective broker.You will be given leads to work on and the day to day business is focused on the telephone. Investors are their own decision makers by definition, so there is no getting through gatekeepers" as in B2B sales. Decisions also can be short term, meaning commissionscan be quick. You will have the opportunity to progress to Junior Broker, Senior Broker, Dealer and Manager and one day to run your own operation. To be considered for this position you will be proactive, assertive, confident, determined and persuasive.First year earnings of £55k are expected as an absolute minimum and will be considerably more for high achievers. Make no mistake though we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic.
