Job Description

Technical Records Coordinator Biggin Hill£12-13phTemporary - Permanent opportunity - SITE BASEDWe are currently recruiting for a Technical Records Coordinator to work with our client in Biggin Hill. This temporary role is for a minimum of 12 weeks, potentially leading to permanent.You will be working in the Technical team, assisting with all areas of administration.Duties will include:

  • Create statements to ensure aircrafts meets airworthiness requirements
  • Support paperwork queries
  • Support Invoice analysis ensuring all corrective actions are up to date for billing purposes
  • Ensuring all systems are up to date as work commences
  • Provide soft and hard copies to suppliers 30 days after service
  • Support clients with maintenance tracking services
  • Ensure all information is up to date so the client can always be aware of the status and in line regulations
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to members of management at least 50% of the time
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for on-site / off site special events
  • Conduct internal audits and ensuring all compliance procedures are followed. Prepare findings and spot checks to monitor accuracy on and before delivering aircraft back into service
  • Ensure all maintenance records have been completed as requested by the client for approval with accompanying paperwork before the aircraft is returned to service
  • Ability to interpret / process all relevant regulatory documents, actions and requirements
  • Prepare and initiate department-wide mass communication
  • Handling confidential and time sensitive material, maintaining up to date timelines of projects and projecting the appropriate professional image of the company
The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of following processes, as well filing systems, have an eye for detail, be able to review data and have excellent IT skills.You will also possess the skills necessary to manage time and prioritise tasks, be able to work closely with the team and work to department SLAs.You will have a huge amount of discretion with sensitive data and client information and be able to communicate with clients as required. You will follow all GDPR procedures.It is also desirable to have an interest in the aviation industry.
