The company is one of the worlds leading financial institutions, serving individual consumers, small and middle-market businesses and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk management products and services.Location: Remote/BromleyDuration: 6 monthsResponsibilities * Coordinate resources across multiple teams in matrix managed environment; ensure appropriate resources are in place to deliver projects from initiation to completion throughout the full Project Life Cycle.* Manage procurement and all aspects of project financials effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget* Manage and communicate the business impact of Change effectively. Work with Subject Matter Experts and other Key Stakeholders to understand and document the impact any Project Change may introduce. * Conduct Regular and effective Stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure continuous update of status and issues/risks are highlighted in a timely fashion* Manage medium to large complex projects or multiple small projects delivering successful business outcomes* Adherence to project management governance processes with opportunity to participate in project process reviews and influence improvementsRequirements * Proven ability of strong co-ordination, planning and project management skills with 3-5 years solid experience * Perceptive, self-motivated, collaborative and strongly customer-orientated individual * Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project/programme implementation.* Ability to work under pressure, whilst dealing with conflicting priorities and flexibility* Ability to take the initiative, to progress problems, drive for solutions whilst displaying professionalism and enthusiasm * Ability to tailor approach accordingly and effectively communicate with customers, peers and all levels of management.* A good understanding of one or more of the following technology areas: Midrange Server Technologies, Storage, Backup, Network, Database.
