Job Description

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities Team based in Bromley.Benefits of the role:

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:The role comprises of care management work such as completing strength-based care act assessments, MCA’s, occasional management of duty, annual statutory reviews, CHC, COP work Safeguarding and longer-term case work. The Learning Disability team provides caremanagement and safeguarding support under the Care Act 2014 to people over the age of 18 who are in need of community care services. These include services for people with LD and or Autism and people who provide unpaid care to friends or family. The successfulcandidate will need to be able to work according to the relevant legislation for people in need of support, plus people over the age of 18 who have a Learning Disability. In addition to the ability to assess and review people in receipt of care and support,the candidate will need to have excellent report writing and computer skills. Record keeping is a vital and necessary part of the job. Being able to communicate effectively is central to the role.What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
