You will be providing strong senior HR business partnering to all levels across the business. You will also ensure the delivery of the HR strategy and its underpinning operational deliverables, with particular focus on the employee life cycle, all aspects of employee relations, organisational change and OD activities, HR analytics, up-skilling and coaching managers, organisational effectiveness and building future capabilities.
