Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Learning: Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans, providing one-on-one support and small group activities.
  • Building Relationships: Develop positive and supportive relationships with students, fostering a sense of trust and security.
  • Behavioural Support: Work closely with the SEN and SEMH team to implement strategies that support positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
  • � Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Qualifications:
  • � Relevant Experience: Previous experience working with students with SEN and SEMH needs is highly desirable.
  • Empathy and Patience: Demonstrate a compassionate and patient approach to supporting students facing diverse challenges.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with students, parents, and the wider school community.
  • � Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the teaching and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
