Scope of Role: You will be responsible for creating exciting and innovative designs that meet our customers needs and wants. Your mission is to inspire our customers to choose our fitted furniture solutions by living and breathing The CompanyWay being real, creative, and committed. What you will receive as a Sales Designer: Seize the chance to achieve an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £50,000, presenting a lucrative opportunity for motivated individuals to substantially increase their income throughdedicated performance and achieving set targets. Secure a stable financial foundation with a guaranteed basic salary of £23,254. Benefit from a generous fuel allowance, covering all business-related travel. How Youll Succeed as a Sales Designer: Visit customers in their homes, listen totheir needs, and inspire them with creative and imaginative designs. Utilize our fitted furniture solutions to craft tailor-made solutions that exceed customer expectations. Prepare compelling sales presentation packs and follow our sales and ordering processto deliver top-notch work. Be accountable for your work, championing our Right First Time philosophy to enhance the customer buying experience. Provide exceptional service from design through to installation completion, inspiring and supporting customers atevery step. Meet Key Performance Indicator expectations. Success Measures: Achieving sales conversion targets Driving sales revenue Maintaining appropriate discount levels Increasing sales across product categories Earning customer recommendations and fosteringre-transactions Garnering positive customer reviews Ensuring Right First Time service delivery What it Takes: Proven experience in a successful sales role, preferably in a direct sales environment. Strong track record of driving sales and consistently meeting/exceedingtargets. Exceptional customer, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding design and sales presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft packages. Attention to detail and creativity and a proactiveapproach to problem-solving. About You: Maintain a high level of personal presentation, reflecting our brand. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, demonstrating a friendly, approachable, and positive attitude. Possess a proactive and positivemindset, approaching every task with a can-do attitude. Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and resilient, with a willingness to take ownership and initiative. Exhibit excellent listening skills and the ability to articulate information accurately and concisely.Show a strong desire for continuous personal and professional development, actively seeking out new industry trends and advancements. Location: Based 5 days a week from a local showroom, including 1 weekend and 2 evenings per week. Availability for additionalhours during key trading periods.
