We are thrilled to be working in partnership with a well-known stationery retailer located in Bromley, actively in search of a highly skilled store manager to complement their dynamic team. This company continues to grow and are opening new stores.The company places great importance on a personalised, one-on-one selling approach to ensure outstanding customer interactions. As a store manager, your role encompasses team coaching, fostering strong customer connections, and overseeing seamless operationalprocedures to maintain the brands exacting standards. There is a strong empasis on KPIs and stock management.Your background may be from a store manager role in a similar environment or you may be an assistant manager who feels ready for your first store manager role. A hands-on approach and being able to demonstrate strong stock management, and people leadership.This role offers a competitive base salary of up to £32,000, accompanied by a performance-related bonus and an attractive discount scheme.
