The Company:WNTD is a fast-growing technology recruitment consultancy, who deliver people-based services to our clients by designing and building high performing sales and technical teams in cloud and technology infrastructure environments. We are successfully deliveringon all our client projects and our team is continuing to grow at a rapid pace.The Opportunity:Due to our organic growth, we are in search of aspiring and energetic individuals to join a successful and expanding team in Bromley, Southeast London and City of London. As a member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for client generation,have a natural aptitude for sales and developing relationships, and have the freedom to grow your area within the verticals we operate in.In summary the successful candidate will:

• Require a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience in technology ideally working in one of our vertical areas: technology sales, datacentre/infrastructure, cloud, connectivity and cyber/information security. We, however, would also consider you if yourmarket specialism is closely related

• You will have the enthusiasm and appetite for the entire 360 recruitment ecosystem including sales and business development, and be able to identify opportunities for the company

• You will be a self-driven individual with personal goals and have the motivation to meet targets and exhibit a desire for self-development

• Youll demonstrate sector awareness and have a thirst for knowledge about the specialist area in which you work

• You will need to proactively seek to understand your clients requirements and present tailormade solutions to their needs and ongoing hiring challenges

• A customer-orientated mindset is a prerequisite and you must be able to offer an exemplary service to our customers and be able to adapt your communication style to the audience

• You will need to be a good and confident communicator, and have an eye for detail

• Have the competence and desire to forge excellent working and long-term relationships

• Be organised and have a positive mindset with the aptitude to learn

• Above all, be a team player with an industrious mindset and plenty of ambition, just like the rest of us
