Senior Qualified Social Worker - Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team£2000G Golden Hello and Lease car on top of salary Are you an experienced and passionate Qualified Social Worker looking to take the next step in your career Are you committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people Join the London Borough of Bromley as a Senior QualifiedSocial Worker in our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team.At the London Borough of Bromley, we are dedicated to protecting and supporting vulnerable children and families. As a Senior Qualified Social Worker in our MASH Team, you will play a crucial role in assessing and coordinating safeguarding concerns, ensuringthe well-being of children and young people.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of safeguarding concerns, gathering information from various agencies and professionals.
  • Act as a point of contact for professionals seeking advice and guidance on safeguarding matters.
  • Provide expert consultation and support to less experienced social workers within the MASH team.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker with registration and a valid Social Work England or equivalent regulatory body.
  • Extensive experience in child protection and safeguarding, preferably within a MASH or similar multi-agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in child protection and safeguarding.
