Work less hours to do the stuff you love doing!Job Title: PsychotherapistLocation: Baston House School,BromleySalary: £25,334 - £55,000 pro rata, per annum dependent on experienceHours: 22.5 hours - 30 hours (3 to 4 days per week)Contract: Permanent, Term Time OnlyAbout the roleWe are looking for an experienced psychotherapist to join our Clinical Hub working as a key integrated member of our clinical and education team in our established Baston House School clinical team. In this role, you will work collaboratively to deliverbespoke assessment and intervention plans for Autistic children and young people.You will implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy. Undertaking all aspects of psychotherapy clinical duties, you will adhere to professionaland regulatory guidelines, carrying out specialist individual assessments and interventions, and preparing relevant documentation, including writing reports. You will work both individually and alongside other professionals in the clinical team to deliveryour intervention.Our well-established multidisciplinary Clinical Team maintain a nurturing and loving environment where our children can flourish.
