Job Description

We are looking for a trustworthy Maintenance Coordinator to take charge of our team and provide supervision, guidance and authority to grow and expand our company.The Maintenance Coordinators responsibilities would be include implementing preventative maintenance, liaising with service providers, pricing & providing quotations for jobs, performing regular inspections of equipment and supplies, and diagnosing and fixing any faults within a property or job. Also be able to attend jobs to provide quotes/prices for clients.We require excellent organizational skills, and be able to think on your feet. You should be able to motivate workers in their charge, and constantly be looking for ways to innovate old methods and practices.The job role:

  • Delegating maintenance tasks to the rest of the team, and finding relevant vendors and service providers.
  • Pricing/quoting & managing jobs.
  • Developing maintenance plans and implementing them.
  • Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
  • Keeping track of supply and material inventories.
  • Purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required.
  • Updating maintenance logs for all machinery.
  • Ensuring basic tools and machinery are in working order by performing regular inspections.
  • Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.
  • We require the correct candidate to:
  • Have at least a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a property maintenance role.
  • Be able to quote and price jobs.
  • Understanding of property maintenance and the generalised work this role involves.
  • Excellent & competent IT skills mainly within Excel
  • Strong leadership skills
