Job Description

It is located in Havelock Recreation Ground, Bromley in a purpose-built facility with its own private car park that staff can use. We offer exceptional childcare and early yearseducation to 78 children aged 2 years to 5 years, and is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are looking for a competent early years practitioner for our nursery in Little Learners who will fill the role of a Nursery Deputy Room Leader for 40 hours a week to join the family and be a part of the magic.WOW - Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Create wow moments in everything you do, being creative and inspirational for all our children and colleagues
  • Develop yourself and others, always seeking new and exciting ways to achieve the best
  • Be part of and enhance our inclusive, home from home family feel for children, parents and colleagues, ensuring everyone is on the same journey
  • Ensure the highest levels of wellbeing and safety for the children in your care, always putting children first

  • To be able to manage a room and delegate tasks to other members of staff effectively to ensure the daily routine is carried out in a well organised manner
  • A relevant childcare qualification at level 3
