Loans administrator 9687Bromley6-month contract My high-profile banking client are recruiting for a Loans Administrator. The role will require the candidate to work normal office hours. The role will be for a 6-month contracting position. The client is looking for an individual to join our Loans Agency & Bi-lateral Team as a Credit Service Representative.As a Loan Administrator working in an automated environment you will perform the servicing responsibilities for processing the Banks NA and DAC Ltd agented & bi-lateral Loan book and associated reconciliation functions, ensuring that all processing deadlinesare met, quality standards maintained and client expectations are strictly adhered to. The Loans Agency & Bi-lateral Team is responsible for performing both the Facility Agent role on Syndicated Credit Agreements where the Banks entity is either the main Facility Agent or a Sub Agent, along with direct lending to ClientsThis is a deadline driven and pressurised business unit liaising with Borrowers; EMEA Fulfillment; Participant Banks; Leveraged Finance and numerous internal groups on a frequent basis.An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join this team. The successful candidate will work in a dedicated Servicing team of 9 reporting to the section manager.As a Credit Service Representative your main responsibilities will involve:* Responsible for processing of Drawdowns, Rollovers, Rate Fixings, Assignments, Revaluations, fee calculations and Reconciliation* Responsible for the booking and maintenance of the Loan portfolio in LIQ* Responsible for supporting our Front Office business partners Fulfilment; Leveraged Finance; Portfolio Managers and SAG.* As a Credit Service Representative your skills/competencies would ideally include:* Experience of Loans - using of LIQ would be preferable but not compulsory * Understanding of payment deadlines, positioning and disbursement of funds* Team Player who works accurately & independently who takes ownership for driving results* Excellent PC skills; Microsoft Excel to intermediate level would be preferable* Able to take the initiative, without the need for ongoing supervision* Flexible, under pressure* Good communication skills at all levels & across all disciplinesIf you have not received a response to your application within 48 hours, please assume you have not been shortlisted this time.
