A client based in Bromley Kent is recruiting for an Administrator to working within a customer service dept. The ideal candidate will have a confident telephone manner and looking for a permanent office admin position.This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first step into a customer services role working in a teamDuties will involve a variety of administrative tasks such as the collation and dispatch of correspondence, processing payment collection instructions, and liaising with Customers gathering outstanding information or requirements. You will also sort chequesand direct debits received to the relevant teams and be responsible for filing, scanning and destruction of paper records. You will also scan and distribute correspondence received by post and email to the wider customer services team via a CRM system.You will be joining an established, supportive and friendly team of experienced Assistants led by a Team Leader. Your colleagues will help you through your on boarding and you will receive regular training and development.You will be an excellent team player with great communication skills. You will also have good computer and organisational skills. It is essential that you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a busy office and team environment.The team works a 9 day fortnight which means you have a day off every other Friday, and you will work just under 35 hours a week.Email CV ASAP
