IAM Tech Change Analyst Location - WFH / (Bromley, South London)Rates - £40,000/£46,000 per annum, plus 5% bonus and CAPITA corporate benefits. About the role / project:Capita is looking for an experienced Change Analyst to join our ever-growing consultancy framework. We are working with a market leading insurance firm who is looking for a highly skilled analyst to assist on a portfolio of fast moving, technology-based, transformation projects. What you will do:1.Support the CyberArk Project2.Provide Project Support for the creation and updating of accounts/vaults/policies in CyberArk3.Provide Project Support for the creation and updating of accounts/servers/ environments in AD.4.Act as a point of contact for account queries from the business or outsourced teams.5.Generate standard and ad-hoc reports as required.6.On boarding of new systems and environments in to Access Control tools.7.Identifying data quality and provisioning issues and rectifying with relevant teams as required.8.Provide regular updates to the project to ensure key milestones and deliverables are met.9.Demonstrate required behaviours in line with expectations of the role.10.Defining BAU processes to hand over service to 24/7 run team.Your experience will include:Core - all people performing this job will need basic understanding of CyberArk from a support and implementation perspective, or exposure to similar technologies such Atrust, OpenID, oneIdentity, IBM governance and access monitoring tools.
