We are currently in high growth phase, making this an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our team. This role will ideally suit a commercially minded, Agile Business Manager with solid experience of heading up a Marketing and Sales Department.Role OverviewTo head up, lead and support the Marketing and Sales Teams both commercially and operationally to achieve the Sales targets, reporting directly to the Managing Director.The role encompasses close daily overall supervision and coordination of all sales activities in the office that feed into KPI’s (generating sales leads, sales calls, progressing to appointments/orders etc.)The Sales engagement is structured into two regions and by target segment supported accordingly by targeted marketing activity. The Department (like other departments in the business) has adapted variation of Agile/Scrum Methodology - daily stand ups (via MS Teams), sprints and backlogs etc.ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for the Marketing and Sales department, line managing a fast-growing team ofcirca 15.To further underpin the financial and commercial aspects of all sales contracts the Department has established Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Forecasting Reporting, adhering to ISO 9001 standards.Experience
