  • To respond to customer correspondence by letter and email

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise to meet business deadlines Desirable:
  • Previous experience in customer service administration
  • Previous experience in a financial background
  • Previous call centre experience
  • Grad or EQUIVALENT
