***.Net Developer (Angular) - Contract - Bromley - Financial Services*** .Net Developer (Angular) London, Camberly, Bromley (Flexible location)6 Month Rolling Contract Financial Services £CompetitivepwdIn connection with the ongoing support and development of the Collateral business for Global Markets, we are looking for a strong Software Developer to join the technology teams in London and Camberley working on a range of applications for GMOT. This CONTRACT role has the following responsibility and skill requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, enhance and support a range of critical web based .NET4.6+ applications. The successful candidate will be expected to liaise with both technical and business colleagues locally in London or Camberley and at international locations in Singapore, India, New York and Chicago. The successful candidate will work as part of a wider development team spread between London, Singapore and India. Current team members will provide support to enable you to familiarise yourself with the relevant functional aspects of the development role. You will be expected to have at least 5-6 years of commercial development experience utilising: TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc)
  • Understanding of API design and documentation
  • .NET Framework 4.5+ & .Net CORE (C#)
  • Angular (v2+), JavaScript
  • ASP.Net MVC 5.0 & Web Api 2
  • ORM (EntityFramework/nhibernate/Dapper)
  • MS SQL Server 2008+, DB2
  • Dependency injection and frameworks, e.g. Unity
  • Practical experience with TDD and CI/CD
    • OTHER SKILLS:
  • An aptitude for problem analysis and resolution and eye for details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good team player but also have the ability to work independently.
  • Have a keen sense of innovation, with valuable suggestions of new ideas, ways of working and technologies.
