Job Description

CPL UK are currently looking for a CRM and SaaS Super User to join on a permanent, full-time basis and immediately.FYI - this position will be fully remote, with scope to travel to offices twice a week eventually.The Super User is a passionate advocate for the correct use of IT systems and Business processes who is responsible for embedding best practice throughout the business. They will develop a good relationship with IT, Management, and System Users and will constantly strive to improve productivity through training and systems development. The successful candidate will have strong people skills and be able to understand challenges from both the users’ perspective and the limitations and opportunities of the systems and processes. Ideally the candidate will come from a recruitment and or a training background with a willingness to learn new systems/updates/enhancements quickly and help implement and train through using Q&A sessions, 1:1s, developing content material and guides and building relationships that they can use to influence others.Who we are looking for:

  • Experience of working within a recruitment business
  • Experienced in Salesforce with a Job science/Lightening interface
  • Experienced with other SaaS solutions such as (but not limited to): MS 365, Power BI etc.
  • Interested in developing your skills in high quality training and communication
  • Interested in learning and deploying new software programmes and or services to improve our business
  • Or:
  • You have 2 years + of training and coaching experience within a similar role
  • You’ll have a solid understanding of effective training techniques and methodologies
  • You are willing to learn in detail the systems and practices that are effective in the recruitment industry to a level where you can credibly train others
  • You are Experienced in Salesforce with a Job science/Lightening interface
  • Your Experienced with other SaaS solutions such as (but not limited to): MS 365, Power BI etc.
  • And:
  • You are a kind, empathetic person with high levels of emotional intelligence and are passionate about supporting people to unlock their full potential
  • You have excellent communication skills and sharp business acumen
  • You will be supported at to begin with but will have the confidence to train groups of up to 20 experienced recruiters in the latest systems, techniques, and process developments in the industry
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a super user in the products used by the business
  • Run regular training sessions to train and elicit feedback from users
  • Run onboarding training for new users of the systems
  • Perform shadowing activities to understand how people really use the systems
  • Advise and deliver on process and system functionality improvements around the systems
  • Identify any areas where the systems and business processes do not work well together and work with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve compatibility
  • In conjunction with a Head office Trainer, develop training materials including FAQs, Videos, Podcasts, "Tip of the Week" emails and other assets that will enhance the learning experience and deliver key training messages at appropriate points
  • Feed requirements for system changes back to the IT team
  • Sign-off on IT changes to ensure that they meet the business need.
  • Creatively promote IT systems and business processes in ways that will help a diverse team to understand and use them.
