Job Description

Credit ControlPermanent Up to £30k DOEIf you want to work for a leading managing agent who offers endless progression, training and an enjoyable work-life balance, then this could be the role for you!You will be supporting the timely collection of tenant charges for allocated clients and tenants.Key Duties:

  • Responsible for collecting the rent & service charges from tenants and clients.
  • Manage the collection of outstanding debt.
  • Work with the Senior Credit Controllers & Surveyors to resolve queries & collect sums due
  • Resolve tenant queries promptly and accurately recording all correspondence within the Tramps system
  • Work alongside the Cashiering team on unallocated cash items and receipt identification
Personal Specification:
  • You will have previous experience working within a Credit Control function in Real Estate
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Have property management accounts systems experience such as Tramps, Yardi, Qube, Horizon, MRI
  • You will have the ability to achieve targets and strive for continual improvements of processes
  • You will have strong attention to detail and have the ability to communicate effectively with the wider team
  • Be able to always work in a high-volume role with the capabilities to multi-task
