Job Description

Business Manager / Sales Team ManagerSalary: £30,000 - £35,000.00 (OTE £50,000 - £55,000)Our client, based in Orpington - Kent is looking for an experienced Business Manager to join their busy, dynamic Contact Centre with a key focus on Sales and Retentions. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organisation and communication skills, withthe ability and coach and lead a team of 10 sales executives along with our other Business Manager.As part of our ever-growing business, you would be expected to carry out the following day-to-day tasks...

  • Use your skillset and knowledge of sales to aid our members of the sales team.
  • To second face all customers who visit the premises.
  • To maximise profitability through intelligent deal stacking.
  • To train our sales team on the selling of our value-added products and how to do this compliantly whilst showing a duty of care towards our clients.
  • To ensure that all our sales staff are SAF and module compliant.
  • To ensure the transactions are activated by our panel of lenders once accepted, and to sign off all files that are finance related.
  • To deal with any finance related complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • To build effective relationships with our area representatives for the panel of lenders and negotiate terms as and when needed.
