The company specialise in a wide range of projects all over the UK,Europe.“Hotels, Bars, Pubs and Cruise Ships to Care Homes, Offices and Restaurants – we cover a broad range of sectors. Clients include Hilton Hotels, SAGA Cruise Ships, Greene King, Radisson Hotels, Revolution Bars to name a few.”Job SummaryIn this role you will support the account managers in the project management of a wide range of projects from start to finish. This might include attending sites to conduct the initial survey, to helping choose accessories and specify the finishing of framedartworks, to then overseeing the installation of the finished goods.Role Responsibility- Site Surveys – measuring spaces and deciding with the designers on artwork locations.UK Travel.- Selecting accessories, such as faux planting, bric a brac and 3D items such as vases, books.- Working with our artists and graphic designers to prepare client proposals / presentations- Liaising directly with the client and interior designer throughout the project to ensure the job progresses on time and within budget.- Specifying the finish of products manufactured in-house – choosing frames and mounts.- Completing manufacturing specification sheets using our in-house job management and production systems – which give instruction on what to make.- Overseeing installation of finished schemes on site alongside our fitters ensuring job completion and client satisfaction.-Skills & Experience- Great organisational skills and an eye for detail.- Strong communication skills and an ability to work under pressure and manage own time.- A creative eye, enthusiasm and a can do attitude is needed.- Most of the role can be taught but any pervious project management skills are an advantage.- Clean Driving LicenceHours – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AtAspion, our core values have been built around the importance of transparency, innovation, passion and collaboration.
