Job Description

Are you a PA/EA who thrives in a super busy and varied role! Do you love working in an office and being surrounded by colleagues where each day is different Are you always one step ahead with planning and organising, and do you love supporting a busy Directorwhere you know you are making a difference to their business! If so, please keep reading.Title: PA to DirectorLocation: WirralHours: M-F (40 per week), office basedSalary: £35k (possibly negotiable depending upon experience), 20 days holiday plus bank hols, pension, discretionary bonusWhy youll want this roleTheir people are at the heart of this business. Theyre friendly, passionate about what they do, have an excellent reputation in their industry and want the company to continue to grow. This person will be supporting the MD of the business, and build a strongrelationship built on trust and respect.Key dutiesEverything youd expect from a traditional PA role - from managing their emails (responding on their behalf), to managing their diary, organising travel arrangements (UK and internationally), handling expenses, writing reports and assisting with powerpointpresentations, liaising with customers on their behalf. Youll also be supporting the wider office - keeping an eye on stationery, welcoming visitors etc. Social Media and Marketing is also part of this role (youre not expected to be an expert), posting socialmedia posts, spell-checking, liaising with external marketing agencies etc.All in all - its super busy but very varied and really rewarding!What experience youll needYoull be an experienced EA/PA and will have demonstrable experience in a similar role. Youll be extremely organised, able to multi task and love having a varied role. Personality wise, youll enjoy working in a buoyant office, building long term relationshipswith your colleagues.
