Staffline is recruiting for Food Production Operatives to work in Bromborough. The rate of pay is from £8.91 to £11.03 per hour depending on the shift pattern Overtime is available at this site after working 48 hours and is paid at 1.25 x your normal hourly rate. You will work 12-hour shifts, rotating day and night in this full-time role. Monday - Sunday, 5 on 5 off starting at either : 06.30am 7:00am 6:30pm 7:00pm Your Time at WorkAs a General Food Production Operative your duties would include: - Working as part of a team in a fast-paced packing environment. - Some heavy lifting and repetitive work is involved -Erecting boxes - Packing products into boxes (frozen, ambient and hot) - Loading hoppers with raw ingredients - Unboxing fats at the start of the process - Applying lids to pails with the finished product in - Cleaning duties All breaks will be unpaid, but colleagues will receive paid time for all operational procedures. Our Perfect WorkerOur ideal Food Production Operative is a quick-thinking team player as well as a fast learner. Some manual handling will be involved and so a certain level of physical fitness is required.
