Kingsley Consulting Ltd have been engaged by a well-established and growing Roofing Contracting Group to hire a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager. The CSR focused position is a brand-new role within their business as it continues through success,to grow from strength to strength.Location: Either Liverpool or CambridgeshireHours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday 37.5hrs)Salary: Negotiable (DOE) + BenefitsRole Overview:Working with all functions of the business and the wider senior leadership team to manage the overall Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability strategy for the Company, driving the continual improvement of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainabilitystandards across all areas of the business.To ensure that the business is CSR compliant across all Project deliverables, working with the pre-construction, bid and delivery teams. To set the standard and objectives on CSR for the business and keep raising the bar on performance within this area.Key Responsibilities:* Co ordinating the CSR requirements and objectives on projects throughout the UK.* Conduct CSR audits of work in progress projects to ensure compliance.* Provide data and information for Customer and External Auditing of Corporate Social Responsibility Requirements and act as main liaison for the bid/estimating team on this subject.* Work with our Marketing Team on ensuring appropriate and relevant Corporate Social Responsibility related information is held on the company website and is kept routinely updated.* Ensure regular communications on Corporate Social Responsibility and work with the functions of the business to deliver company-wide initiatives and strategies.* Organise and coordinate events related to Corporate Social Responsibility.* Be part of the Companys hiring process. Interviewing candidates and assessing suitability to work within the company before they are passed on to department headsCandidate Requirements:* A relevant qualification or recognised training within CSR or other relevant area (Sustainability/HR/Economics etc...) and holding experience of delivering within a similar role.* Organised with an eye for detail* Collaboration skills* Ability to navigate the organisation to achieve required outcomes* Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skillsRecruitment ProcessKingsley Consulting are operating as a Recruitment Business as an extension of our Client Partners hiring Team.
