Job Description

Role: Workplace Services Senior Analyst - T3Initial 3 Month ContractLocation: BristolDaily Rate: CompetitiveKey Skills and Experience:

  • Experienced technical analyst with an excellent record in providing Workplace Services and remote virtual desktop support.
  • Proven experience of working within a busy BAU or project environment providing documentation, technical deliverables, Knowledge articles and handover information to build the capabilities of the existing T1 Service desk and T2 local deskside operational teams.
    • Technical Skills: Must have a strong experience & understanding of most of the following technologies:
  • Windows 7, Windows 10 operation systems
  • Citrix Desktop Director 7.15.CU4; Wyse Management Suite v1.4 & Wyse Device Manager & UMS for IGEL Thin Client Devices;
  • Microsoft Office 2016, 2013 & 2010 and MS Skype for Business
  • Lakeside Systrack process analysis & event monitoring reporting client,
  • Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy management implementations,
  • VMWare ESX and VDI Provisioning,
  • AppSense 8.x, Environment, Application and Performance manager.
  • Windows Server 2012 & 2008R2 and DNS
  • SCCM & legacy 2007 sw management and deployment tools
  • Microsoft Windows Software Updates & MS Patching experience,
  • Cisco IP communication, Cisco VPN Client software & Cisco AnyConnect
  • Management of the Checkpoint Media Encryption tools (CPME) R77;
  • Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) Antivirus client, Bitlocker Drive Encryption;
  • Application Virtualisation using Microsoft App-V
  • Polycom HDX , Group Series VC codecs in a VCS/CMA infrastructure.
    • Additional Requirements:
  • Eligible to work in the UK without the need of visa support/sponsorship
