    • Job SummaryOur client based in Bristol are seeking a Workforce HR Consultant with experience of workforce planning.Job DescriptionStrong experience of pulling together workforce systems / HR systems / HR project management experience who can support on the HR System development for the various TUPE transfers coming our way.The role will entail supporting from an HR perspective on pulling together and helping to manage the technical work, scoping options, finalising resources needed etc.Key systems you will have knowledge of include Allocate, E-Rostering, Payroll Systems, ESRMust have:
  • Project management (not necessarily qualified project manager)
  • Experience of HR systems
  • Experience of leading workforce projects which includes systems and/or key process changes
  • Setting a vision with / motivating individuals outside of their direct team
  • Adaptable / flexible to changing business needs
  • Leading from within in a matrix management structure
