We are recruiting for a Wellbeing Manager to join TLTs EDI&W team (as part of Organisational Development). Reporting into the Senior ED&I&W Manager, you will be supporting the implementation of TLTs Wellbeing strategy, including planning, activity developmentand delivery with the appropriate KPI setting and monitoring. You will be the knowledge expert and go to person in all six of TLTs wellbeing model including Digital, Financial, Mental, Physical, Social and Spiritual.In return we will invest in you.
