Job Description

We are recruiting for a Wellbeing Manager to join TLTs EDI&W team (as part of Organisational Development). Reporting into the Senior ED&I&W Manager, you will be supporting the implementation of TLTs Wellbeing strategy, including planning, activity developmentand delivery with the appropriate KPI setting and monitoring. You will be the knowledge expert and go to person in all six of TLTs wellbeing model including Digital, Financial, Mental, Physical, Social and Spiritual.In return we will invest in you. Main Responsibilities

  • To own the design and delivery of the Wellbeing strategy as set by the Senior EDI&W Manager
  • Partner with HR colleagues and other Business Services teams such as internal communications, knowledge management and our Health and Safety Manager to optimise the wellbeing message within TLT
  • Lead an annual wellbeing programme through the design and production of engaging communications that empowers our people in their pursuit of good wellbeing and increases confidence from our line managers and leaders.
  • Drive the firms charity and volunteering efforts through local internal networks to ensure alignment between our community activity and colleague wellbeing.
  • Co-ordinate the network of TLTs Mental Health Champion Volunteers to ensure their individual success and the continued success of the programme.
  • Make recommendations for, and support the development of, wellbeing policies and processes, ensuring we maximise and grow wellbeing services and we continue to have a best-practice approach and reflects market trends inside and outside the legal sector
  • Be a wellbeing ambassador within the firm working with and influencing legal groups and key stakeholders on the benefits of colleague wellbeing and its link to commercial success
  • Represent the firm externally on working groups and forums, where appropriate, and contribute to the sharing of best practice and any accompanying learnings.
  • Organise and maintain the wellbeing and Charity and Volunteering intranet pages, ensuring that information is up to date, and provide input on external pages where appropriate.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key professional bodies and wellbeing partners, including working closely with them to undertake benchmarking where identified.
  • Contribute to TLTs commercial goals by providing wellbeing-related insight and expertise in client tenders and supporting the relevant Business Development personnel as needed.
  • Ensure all compliance activities (reporting and learning) are designed, developed and delivered to meet standards and where appropriate raise awareness.
  • Keep up to date with the latest thinking and market trends for wellbeing inside and outside the legal sector to contribute to the development and/or improvement of wellbeing related policies and/or protocols at TLT.
