In fact, many of their operations managers started off as apprentices.And of course, as you progress, so will your earnings. Youll start on a basic of £15,113 per annum, which will rise to over £28,000 once youve successfully completed the two-year apprenticeship and one-year training programme.About you:With strong numeracy and literacy skills, you should be physically fit, have a good head for heights and a full driving licence.
